Information in English
It is important that we all do what we can to limit the spread of the covid-19. We at the Balticgruppen care about you and our employees and we therefore want to make you aware of the routines we have developed if you make a fault-report.
Our routines when making a fault-report
All our employees are following the recommendations of the National Health Authority (Folkhälsomyndigheten) concerning the coronavirus. You can therefore feel safe if we visit you in your home. We work preventively to prevent the spread of the infection and we will therefore ask you some questions if you make a fault-report. We also ask you as a tenant to keep distance when we visit your home to rectify your fault report.
We will ask you these questions:
- Do you have symptoms of colds?
- Have you recently been in contact with someone who is infected with covid-19?
- Do you feel respiratory symptoms?
- Can your fault-report been be resolved a later date or is it urgent?
If the fault-report is urgent
If your fault-report is urgent and must be carried out – we recommend that you, as a tenant, are not home when we visit you, or you must be home can be in another part of your home.
We hope for your understanding.
